Every video panel in WrkLst — a work’s Videos, a presentation, a Video block or a post on your website — has one “+”: choose a video from your library, upload a new one from your computer, or paste a link. A large file uploads in parts and carries on where it stopped, and a video can also be fetched from its address.
On your website, a video shows a still from the film before it plays, or a picture of your own, and starts on the first press. In a presentation, your client watches it beside the works.
Your files are kept exactly as you uploaded them, and every video in the library offers its original to download.

Price
5 GB for €5*
Each block holds 5 GB of uploaded video files and costs €5* a month, or €54* a year on a yearly plan. The streaming versions do not count; every further 5 GB is another block, from the moment your files take it.
Playback
100 GB of playback
Each block includes 100 GB of playback a month across your websites and presentations. Beyond that, playback pauses until the next month or until your files take another block.
Quality
Full HD, originals kept
Videos stream at up to Full HD. The original keeps its full resolution, is kept in the EU (Frankfurt) and can be downloaded at any time while video hosting is on.
Billing
On the same invoice
Billed with your WrkLst subscription, at the same rhythm. A block begun is paid for its period; fewer blocks count from the next invoice. If you pay WrkLst by invoice rather than by card, write to us and we turn it on for you.
Trial
Included in the trial
During your trial 5 GB are included. WrkLst Video is charged with your subscription from the first invoice, and not at all if you cancel the trial.
Ending
Turned off
Turned off, or with your WrkLst subscription ended, your videos play to the end of the period paid for; the originals stay downloadable for 30 days, then they are deleted.

WrkLst Video
Your video library is ready the moment you turn it on, plays only on your websites and in WrkLst, and is charged on your WrkLst invoice. Whoever manages your subscription can turn it on under Settings › Integrations or from the “+” of any video panel.
YouTube, Vimeo and others

Paste the address of a video hosted elsewhere, as before. On your website, a YouTube or Vimeo video shows a play card and loads its player only when a visitor asks for it.
