What’s new

What’s new in WrkLst.

In 2026 we rebuilt WrkLst from the ground up. Below are all 307 changes since June, newest first — WrkLst is constantly evolving, and every release is published here.

November 2026

  • 2026-11-05

    Imported contacts arrive complete

When you import contacts, two people in one entry, such as “Philip and Shelley” or “Mr & Mrs Richards”, become one contact with a partner, and their address shows both names. WrkLst recognises whether an entry is a person or a company, puts salutations in their own field and keeps extra address lines such as a company or c/o on the address. Countries, US states and phone country codes are recognised however they were written, in many languages.

  • 2026-11-04

Your software and AI assistants reach almost all of WrkLst

Software connected through the API and AI assistants can now work with almost everything in WrkLst: invoices and payments, messages and campaigns with their guest lists, presentations, the timeline, biographies, opportunities, documents made from your templates, reports and your website. They can also log calls and meetings on a contact, look up the right tax for a sale and upload pictures, documents and 3D models. They can still do only what the person they act for may do, and they never handle bank logins.

  • 2026-11-04

    Simpler user roles

Under Settings › User Roles, every module now has one choice: no access, view or edit. A role is set up in a few clicks, or all modules at once. The finer rights, such as sharing, confidential information or seeing everyone’s sales, are still there under More options.

  • 2026-11-04

    AI help for importing contacts

When you import a contacts file, the AI can now match the columns for you and tidy the contacts that need it: addresses typed on one line, companies typed as people, details in the wrong field. It is optional, you see every change before and after, and you can undo each one.

  • 2026-11-04

    Imports now tell you first

Before an import of contacts or works moves your WrkLst plan to another tier, you now see it: the tier before and after, and what the price becomes. You can untick entries to stay in the tier you are in.

  • 2026-11-04

Find out which email addresses no longer work

Connect MailerCheck under Settings › Integrations and check the email addresses of your contacts in one go. Addresses that bounce or do not exist are marked on the contact, so you know not to send to them, and risky ones are flagged too. You can also check a file’s addresses while you import it, and decide whether addresses that don’t work are left out and when a contact is.

  • 2026-11-04

Bring your contacts over from ARTERNAL

Import a contacts export from ARTERNAL under Settings › Import. WrkLst tidies the list as it reads it: people entered twice become one contact, names and addresses get their proper capitals, broken email addresses are fixed or kept aside, and you can separate or combine entries by hand before anything is saved. Tags and roles come along, you choose which tags are artists so every contact is linked to them, and one extra tag marks whose list it was. Any other CSV or Excel file works too: you tell WrkLst once which column holds what, and it is tidied the same way.

  • 2026-11-04

    One font, if you prefer

Artists, contacts and work titles are set in a serif, like a gallery caption. Under Settings › Preferences you can switch that off for yourself and see everything in one font.

  • 2026-11-04

Type an artist, find their inventory

Typing an artist’s name in the search at the top now brings up their whole inventory first, above the single works. An inventory number still finds the one work.

  • 2026-11-03

Shape a document for each show

In the document designer, Adjust shapes a design for one exhibition: put its works in your order, leave some out, make a picture larger or crop it differently on one page. Save it for that show – every PDF of it, from the share menu too, looks that way – or use it for one PDF only. The design stays the same for every other show.

  • 2026-11-03

    Change your web address

Admins can now give the account a new web address in Settings › General Account. WrkLst walks you through what changes, asks for your password, and keeps your old name reserved for you.

  • 2026-11-03

    Document designer

Design your own documents — catalogues, tear sheets, artist CVs — with pages, pictures and text placed exactly where you want them, filled from your exhibitions, works and biographies. One design works for every exhibition, and it can join the share menu as a PDF template.

  • 2026-11-02

Pedestals right in View in Room

A sculpture now gets its pedestal where you look at it: the new pedestal button in View in Room adds one, and there you choose white, wood or steel, its height and its width. A pedestal can also be narrower than the work, for example -20 %.

  • 2026-11-02

Tax assistance: VAT and sales tax suggested on every sale

WrkLst now suggests the tax of each sale from the answers you give it: 7% for original art in Germany, the margin scheme, sales to other EU countries and to the UK, exports, and US sales tax state by state. It also covers galleries, artists and artists' estates in Austria; artists and galleries in Italy, with the e-invoice file for SdI and the periodic VAT figures (LIPE); charities in Germany; galleries in Singapore, with tourist refunds, works in a free trade zone and the Gross Margin Scheme; and the local rates of New York and Tennessee. It watches the thresholds that make you register somewhere new and prepares your tax figures for your adviser. Its suggestions are not tax advice: WrkLst gives you the tools to put your tax adviser's instructions into practice. Turn it on under Settings › Tax; nothing changes until you do.

  • 2026-11-02

Your WrkLst shop can take payment through Shopify

Buyers can now pay for your own products and works through your Shopify checkout as well as through Stripe. Choose how your WrkLst shop takes payment under Settings › Website › Shop.

  • 2026-11-01

Sell on your website with the WrkLst shop

Beside Shopify, your website can now sell on its own: add products under Website › Products with pictures, prices, stock and shipping rates per country, and offer any work with “Buy on the website”. Visitors pay through your Stripe account; every order becomes a sale, the buyer gets a confirmation, and Website › Orders lets you mark it as shipped with the tracking.

  • 2026-11-01

    Lists load as you scroll

A list of works, exhibitions or products on your website no longer stops at 24 or 48. The page shows the first ones and loads more as the visitor scrolls, in small batches, so the page stays fast however long the list. A block's Limit now caps a list only where you set one.

  • 2026-11-01

Picking the works on an artist’s page

Under Website › Artist pages, the works on an artist’s page are now picked from the artist’s own works, each shown with its picture, title, year, price and availability. Drag them into order, take a closer look, jump to a work’s pictures, and decide per work whether the lightbox shows all of its pictures or only the first.

October 2026

  • 2026-10-31

WrkLst Video for accounts billed by invoice

Accounts that pay WrkLst by invoice can now have WrkLst Video too: write to us and we switch it on for you. Your videos get the same hosting, and the storage blocks appear on your invoice.

  • 2026-10-31

    Your videos are protected

Videos in your video library now play only with a signed address that expires: on your website for the videos you placed there, in presentations and previews for as long as the page is open. The original file can only be downloaded from inside WrkLst. Libraries WrkLst sets up are protected from the start; for one you set up yourself, paste its token authentication key under Settings › Integrations.

  • 2026-10-31

WrkLst Video: host your videos with WrkLst

Host the videos of your works, shows and presentations with WrkLst: turn it on under Settings › Integrations, upload straight from a work, a presentation or your website, and your videos play wherever you place them. 5 GB of uploaded files for 5 € a month, billed with your WrkLst subscription on the same invoice; every further 5 GB is another 5 €. Your original files are kept and can be downloaded at any time.

  • 2026-10-31

Light, dark or the visitor's choice

Under Pages, your website can now leave the look to each visitor: a switch in the menu cycles light, dark and their system's look, and remembers the choice in their browser. You set what they see first — their system's look, light or dark.

  • 2026-10-31

The availability date in the footer, by choice

The line saying when your works' availability was last updated is now a part of the footer like the logo or the menu: add it to a column of the footer, or leave it out. It shows while your website shows availability.

  • 2026-10-31

Two new website themes and a theme picker

Your website now has four themes to choose from. Tribeca: condensed capitals on a light grey wall, a title column beside the page, pictures in wide panels. Pacific Standard: a plain sans-serif, bold labels in a third column, pictures in 8:5 panels, white or black. Under Settings › Website › Design you see the theme in use with an example page; Change theme opens the picker with every theme pictured — and a card for a theme of your own, made for your gallery alone.

  • 2026-10-31

A video's poster, made from the video

A video on your website now shows a picture before it plays: the still the video's host keeps of it, fetched once into your images and shown whole at the video's own ratio. Give the video a picture of your own and that one stands instead.

  • 2026-10-31

Your own headings, an artist's cover picture, a CV Download heading

Over a Posts, Products or Documents block you can now write a heading of your own — "Flat File" instead of "Shop", say. The Documents block offers "CV Download" as its heading. And under Website › Artists an artist can carry a cover picture of your choosing, any picture from your images, shown on the Artists page and over their page; without one the cover work stands in as before. A page's post list now loads a dozen posts with the page and the rest as the visitor scrolls; how many at once, and whether there is a limit at all, is yours to set.

  • 2026-10-31

Publishing: a progress bar you can trust, and no dialog if you don’t want one

While your website publishes, the line under the tabs now shows how far it is and about how long is left — an estimate learned from your site’s last publishes, which only moves forward. The Publish button locks the moment you press it. And if you don’t want to confirm every time, tick “Don’t ask again” in the publish dialog; the module’s cogwheel brings the question back.

  • 2026-10-31

Posts for your website: news, events, videos and more

Under Website › Posts you keep your own lists — news, events, videos, press, or any type you name — and say what each post carries: a text, a date, a picture, a video, a link, a document. A post can be mapped to artists and exhibitions, so it appears on their pages too. A Posts block puts the list on a page, with a filter by type and artist and a search, the featured posts first.

  • 2026-10-31

Notification emails that are easy to read

Emails about new leads, holds, payments, consignments and shared works now show the key details at a glance — who, which works, which date and amount — with a picture of the work, and a button that opens the right record. The subject line names the work or person.

  • 2026-10-31

Hand-picked works per artist, your own show titles

On Website › Artists you choose which works an artist’s page shows, and in which order. On Website › Exhibitions you write a show’s title the way your website should print it.

  • 2026-10-31

Your own pictures with captions and credits

Any picture you place on a page yourself can carry a caption and a photo credit written for that spot, apart from your works and the Media Library. Both stand under the picture and in the enlarged view, and a block of images can show captions, credits, both or none.

  • 2026-10-31

A cover work and a line for each artist

On Website › Artists you choose which work stands for an artist on the Artists page and over their own page, and add a line under their name, such as where they live and work. The shop shows that line too.

  • 2026-10-30

    Videos on your website

A new Video block plays a video on any page: paste the address of a bunny.net Stream video, and it plays right there; a YouTube or Vimeo address shows a play card first and loads the player only when a visitor asks. For a show's walkthrough, give the exhibition's page its own layout and add the block. The privacy policy describes the players.

  • 2026-10-30

A cart for your website's shop

Visitors put works and products from your Shopify shop into a cart, take out what they don't want and check out the selection in one go. The shipping, refund and terms policies of your shop become pages in the footer, and the privacy policy describes the shop.

  • 2026-10-30

    Say “Inquire” on your website

Under Settings › Website › Forms you choose how the English pages spell it: Enquire or Inquire. Every button, title and notice on the website follows your choice.

  • 2026-10-30

Richer show and artist pages on your website

A show's page can carry the title of its press release, headings over its sections with links to them under the title, its works as a two-column mosaic with the artist above each title, and the news from your News page that mention it. An artist's page gains their news, exhibitions and shop items the same way, and the shop can group its products by artist.

  • 2026-10-30

    See who visits your website

Website › Visitors shows how many people visit your website, where they come from on a map, which pages they look at and for how long. Visits are counted without cookies and without keeping anything that identifies a person.

  • 2026-10-30

    Represented artists first

An Artists block can list the artists you represent first, under their own heading, with the others below them. Switch it on in the block’s options when you are ready to announce them.

  • 2026-10-30

Availability on the website, on or off

Under Settings › Website › Forms & newsletter you can switch off the availability of works for the whole website. Visitors then see no available, reserved or sold marks, but can still enquire about a work.

  • 2026-10-29

A product register for your website’s shop

Once your Shopify shop is connected, Website › Products lists everything it sells — with pictures, prices and what has sold out — and keeps the list up to date every night. Each product gets a page of its own under /shop/, and a Products block shows them on any page. Map a product to the work it sells, or hide one from the website, with a click.

  • 2026-10-29

More ways to lay out your website

A slider can list its slides as captions beside the pictures, each with a fine line that fills while its slide is shown. Pages can run regular, wide or the full width of the window. A page header can name the artists before the title, leave the venue out, caption its picture and list the sections below it as links.

  • 2026-10-29

    Choose how your website appears

Under Settings › Website › Design, choose how each part of a page comes into view as visitors scroll: at once, fading in, or rising softly into place with the tiles of a list following one after another.

  • 2026-10-29

Choose a theme for your website

Under Settings › Website › Design you now choose the theme your website is drawn in: Gallery Classic, with its large titles, or Index, with small capitals and a column of labels. Switch whenever you like: your pages, colours and logos stay as they are, and the new theme goes online when you press Publish all.

  • 2026-10-29

Design the footer of your website

Lay out the foot of every page in rows and columns: your own texts, the logo, the menu, the legal pages, the languages, a newsletter signup and a copyright line, each where you want it, with a live preview. The website settings are now grouped in the settings menu, so every setting is easy to find and to search for.

  • 2026-10-29

A new look for your website: Index

Choose Index in Settings › Website for titles and the menu in small capitals, a column of labels beside your content, and lists of exhibitions, artists, works and news as picture tiles. English pages can also write dates the American way. The footer can show a mark of its own, such as a monogram (Settings › Website).

  • 2026-10-29

    Newsletter signup on your website

Connect MailerLite or Mailchimp in Settings › Website, then add a signup to any page or to the footer of every page. New subscribers go straight to your list.

  • 2026-10-29

PDFs and CVs on your website

Switch on Show on websites for a document, and an artist’s or exhibition’s page can offer it for download — an artist’s CV, a press clipping on a news item.

  • 2026-10-29

    Search on your website

Add a Search block to a page and visitors can search your artists, exhibitions, fairs, works and pages. Settings › Website can link it from the menu.

  • 2026-10-29

Choose who new leads go to

In Settings › Leads you can name the colleague every new lead goes to, whoever enters it. Leave it open and the contact's tags decide, as before.

  • 2026-10-29

New leads go to the right person

When someone adds a lead for a contact who carries a colleague's name as a tag, for example "Susanne", the lead is assigned to that colleague, not to whoever typed it in. A second name tag fills "Also assigned to". The lead window shows which tag chose the person, and you can always pick someone else.

  • 2026-10-29

Sell works on your website through Shopify

Connect your Shopify shop in Settings › Website, then choose Buy on Shopify on a work's Website card. Your website shows Shopify's price and a Buy button that opens Shopify's checkout, or Sold out once it has sold. Products that are not works in WrkLst — books, editions, prints — can be sold too: add an Image with text block and enter the Shopify product.

  • 2026-10-29

Fairs apart from exhibitions on your website

An exhibition list can leave the fairs out or show only them, so your website can have an Exhibitions page and a Fairs page. Fairs can also get pages of their own under /fairs/: set them up from your exhibition pages.

  • 2026-10-29

A menu at the side and your own footer lines

Your website's logo and menu can stand in a column at the side, and its footer can carry your opening hours, address and directions.

  • 2026-10-28

Pedestals for sculptures in View in Room

Give a sculpture a pedestal — white, wood or steel — a little wider and deeper than the work, at a suggested height you can change. Wherever View in Room stands the work on the floor, it stands on its pedestal: in WrkLst, on your website and in presentations.

  • 2026-10-28

One look for your website and presentations

Take your website's logo, typefaces and colours over into your presentations — or your presentations' into your website — in a few guided steps, choosing part by part. Presentations can now also have their own accent colour and paragraph style.

  • 2026-10-28

See each website page before you edit it

A page now opens as it looks, at computer, tablet or phone size, and you can move on through your pages. Edit opens the editor. An artist, exhibition or works page also lists what it shows, and you can add or remove entries right there.

  • 2026-10-28

Sharp vector logos and larger headings

Upload your logo as an SVG file for a perfectly sharp mark at any size. Give text, forms and pictures with text a larger heading, and choose whether paragraphs are indented or have a line between them.

  • 2026-10-28

    Choose what your forms remember

Decide for each enquiry form whether visitors are offered to have their name, email and phone remembered on their device for their next enquiry.

  • 2026-10-28

Lay out your website pages your way

Place text, forms and pictures in a left, centred or full-width column, so everything on a page lines up. A picture can now be the link itself, with its caption under it. Choose per page whether the header shows your logo and menu, the menu only, or nothing. Add and delete pages, and preview every page as it looks on a phone, a tablet and a computer.

  • 2026-10-28

More typefaces and a tab icon for your website

Choose new type pairings for your website and presentations — Cormorant Garamond, Playfair Display, EB Garamond and DM Sans — and add a small icon, such as your monogram, for the browser tab.

  • 2026-10-28

    Keep your street address private

For a gallery by appointment: under Settings › General Account you can keep your street address private. Presentations, RSVP pages and your website then name only your city and country in their privacy notices and imprint.

  • 2026-10-28

A lighter look for your website form

Choose the Lines style for an enquiry form on your website: a fine line under each field and an outlined button, with no boxes or fill — calm and elegant on any page.

  • 2026-10-28

A contact form for your website

Add an enquiry form to any page of your website — your contact page, for example. Visitors leave their name, email address and message, and each message arrives in Leads and by email, like an enquiry about a work.

  • 2026-10-28

    Who might want this work

An available work's page now has an Opportunities section: the people with a reason to want it — they bought or asked about the artist, own a work by them, or saw them in a presentation — strongest first. Make a lead in one click, or mark someone as not relevant for this work or for the artist altogether.

  • 2026-10-26

    Help, right where you work

Support & Docs at the bottom of the menu now opens three things: give feedback by marking on the page what should change — a screenshot goes along — chat with the WrkLst team, or read the documentation beside your work, opened at the articles for the page you are on.

  • 2026-10-25

Find where you sent a presentation from your own mail

On a presentation, “Find in sent mail” looks through your Sent mail for its link — including mail sent from Outlook, Gmail or Apple Mail. Keep a mail on the record with one click: it is filed with each recipient, who then appears under “Shared with” and on their open leads, as if it had been sent from WrkLst.

  • 2026-10-25

See who you shared a presentation with

Next to “Copy link”, choose “Copy link for…” and pick the person it is for: the presentation then lists who it was shared with — by link or by email — and their open leads show it, with each day it was opened and the works looked at. The plain copy stays as it was, for anyone.

  • 2026-10-25

Invitations that write their own letter

Start an RSVP campaign from “New” in Messages: describe the event first, and WrkLst writes the invitation from it — subject, dates, places and the reply deadline — for you to adjust. Place the guests’ reply buttons anywhere in the text, or start a new invitation from an earlier one.

  • 2026-10-24

    Dinner lists for your exhibitions

From an exhibition’s suggested people you can now put together the guest list for its dinner: choose how far around the venue to look, see for everyone how earlier invitations went — invited, came, didn’t come — tick who you want, and the dinner invitation is created ready to send, with the dinner’s address shown only to those who accept. After an event you can mark who said yes but didn’t come, every contact lists their invitations, and accepting or attending now counts as a sign of interest in your opportunities.

  • 2026-10-24

    Invitations with replies (RSVP)

A campaign can now be an invitation. Each guest gets their own reply link and answers on a page in your gallery’s style — on your own domain, if you use one for presentations. Set the itinerary (an opening, then a dinner whose address only those attending see), a reply deadline, the number of places with a waiting list, and whether guests may bring someone — everyone, or only the people you choose, also after the invitation went out. Those attending get a confirmation with a calendar entry and a reminder before the event. The guest list shows who is coming, lets you check people in at the door and download it, and every exhibition lists its campaigns. Dietary needs are asked only if you want, with the guest’s consent, and deleted 30 days after the event.

  • 2026-10-24

Your basket on the Works page

When works are in your basket, the Works page shows it as a card next to your inventories, with how many works it holds and a preview of them — one click opens it.

  • 2026-10-24

Search at the top, one click away

The search field at the top of every page is now always open, magnifying glass inside — just click and type.

  • 2026-10-23

Put the works of an email in your own order

When you email a basket or a selection, choose “Change order” and drag the works into the order your client should see them in. The email follows it.

  • 2026-10-23

    Holds one click away

A work on hold shows its hold right on the card: click the hold sign to see who it is held for, until when and by whom, and to edit, release or turn it into a sale. After editing a hold you come straight back to where you were — your basket, for example.

  • 2026-10-23

    Search is always open

The search field now sits open in the bar of every list, ready to type into — no need to click the magnifying glass first.

  • 2026-10-22

A security check for your account

Settings → Security scores how well your account is protected and lists what to look at: people who no longer use WrkLst, sign-ins without a passkey or authenticator app, sign-ins from unexpected countries, unused API tokens and app connections, what AI assistants do in your account, and presentation links that have been public for a long time or seen by many visitors. Each finding says what to do. Switch on alerts to hear about new findings by email and in WrkLst.

  • 2026-10-22

    Translate your presentations

Choose further languages for a presentation and translate its texts block by block. Your clients can switch the page between its own language and these; anything not yet translated appears in the page language. A new presentation now starts in your own language.

  • 2026-10-22

Copy roles and give them to several people at once

Under Settings › User Roles you can now duplicate any role — the built-in ones too — and use the copy as the starting point for a role of your own, take over the settings of another role into the role you are editing, and give a role to several people in one step. Each role also lists the people who have it.

  • 2026-10-22

New leads now arrive by email

Every new lead you didn't create yourself in WrkLst — an enquiry from your website or a presentation, a lead that came in through the WrkLst API, one a colleague entered or assigned to you — now reaches you by email as well, even if email notifications are switched off. To stop these emails, untick “Also by email” under Settings › Notifications › New leads; there you can also choose which new leads you are told about.

  • 2026-10-22

    Unverified enquiries are marked

Enquiries from your website, a presentation or a form connected through the WrkLst API are now marked Unverified: the visitor's name and email are not confirmed, and the address has not agreed to newsletters or campaigns. Check the details, then choose Mark as verified — or keep the person's reply on their contact, and WrkLst marks the lead as verified for you. The leads filter finds every unverified lead.

  • 2026-10-21

More images of each work in your emails

In Share › Email you can now tick “Additional Artwork Images”, for one work, a list or the basket. Each work’s other images marked publishable then follow its main image, each with a short caption naming the work. This works with text captions, captions in the image and PDF, and with embedded and external images. WrkLst remembers your choice.

  • 2026-10-20

The payment link on your invoice document

The configurable invoice document can now print the sale’s online payment link with a QR code, so your client pays by card straight from the invoice. It appears only when the sale has a payment link through Stripe, Shopify or QuickBooks, and you switch it on or off under Settings › Templates, among the document’s elements.

  • 2026-10-20

Ready-made templates for shipments, lists and insurance

Under Settings › Templates you can now add four ready-made documents in one click: a proforma invoice for the customs paperwork of a shipment, a price list and an address list to share straight from a list, and an insurance schedule of your works as an Excel sheet. Each one is set up in your account’s language and can be adapted like any other template.

    Institutions for an artist

Under Leads › Opportunities, pick an artist and see the museums, institutions and curators to approach for them — from the shows they held or curated, loans, museum purchases and earlier leads that are not sales. Each one shows whether you already have a lead with them. In an exhibition, a contact's role can now also say what it counts as: curator, director, registrar, press or other.

Opportunities: new works, whole shows and the numbers

A New works tab pairs the works you added in the last 30 days with the people who bought, held, asked about or looked at that artist. A show's page lists the people suggested for it: make a lead for several at once, or start a campaign draft to them, leaving out anyone marked Don't reach out. A Gone quiet tab lists the leads nobody has moved for two months, and your dashboard and a short notice every Monday say how many people are waiting. A shared list of contacts can say “Stay in touch every … days” for everyone on it, your check-backs appear in the Leads calendar you subscribe to, and Reports & Analytics › Leads shows how often your team takes up the proposals and how many leads made from them are won. The API also tells your other tools when someone was last contacted. A For a client tab, and the Leads section of every contact, list the artists to offer that person: from what they bought, wait for or asked about, and, if you may see all sales, from artists that collectors of the same artists bought. A consultant named on your sales is proposed too, for the artists whose purchases they advised on. Before you switch it on, Settings › Leads shows whether your data is ready for each list, and what to do where it is thin. For a curator or an institution that showed, curated, borrowed, acquired or asked about an artist's work, the Leads section of their contact lists the artists you represent to propose to them: from their own history with those artists, from the artists shown with the ones they showed or curated in your own group shows, and, if you may see all sales, from what collectors of the same artists bought.

Sales compared with the year before

Reports & Analytics › Sales now compares every year with the one before. In the monthly and quarterly view, last year's sales stand in grey beside each month or quarter, and the totals show in percent how far you are up or down. While a year is still running, it is compared with the year before up to the same day. In the yearly view, each year shows its change against the previous one. A year without sales is not compared.

    Search your settings

Settings now has a search field above the menu. Type what you are looking for — “presentation”, “cancel”, “VAT” or “password” — and the menu shrinks to the settings that match. Press Enter to open the first one.

  • 2026-10-19

Leads with no movement on the dashboard

The Leads card on the dashboard now also shows how many of your open leads have had no movement for 60 days: not moved to another stage, nothing added to their timeline and no follow-up date set. One click opens exactly those leads, so none of them slips out of sight.

  • 2026-10-19

    Opportunities: whom to contact next

Leads › Opportunities proposes whom to contact for your upcoming shows and which clients have not heard from you for a while, each with the reasons from your own sales, leads, waitlists and presentation views. Make a lead, log a call or check back later right there. Every answer your team gives is remembered. When your team makes a lead, logs a call or passes on a show or an artist, the order of the lists adapts to it. An admin switches it on in Settings › Leads.

  • 2026-10-19

Mark a contact “Don't reach out”

When someone asks not to be contacted, mark them “Don't reach out” on their contact. Campaigns never go to them, and a single email goes only once you say why — to answer their message, or for an invoice or a delivery — and the reason is kept. Your newsletter tool is told to unsubscribe them, the contacts export carries the mark, and labels and letters made from your templates leave them out unless you include them for a business letter.

  • 2026-10-18

Your clients choose the language of a presentation

Presentations built from blocks now have a language menu at the top: your clients pick from 16 languages, and the page's buttons, labels and notices follow — your texts too, where you wrote them in that language. Their choice is remembered for the next presentation. You can turn it off for each presentation.

  • 2026-10-18

Light, dark or as on their device

The button at the top of a presentation now switches between light, dark and the visitor's own device setting, and remembers the choice for their next visit.

  • 2026-10-18

    Type colours as hex codes

Wherever you choose a colour — your website's theme, presentation backgrounds, the image background — you can now also type its hex code, such as #1A1A1A.

  • 2026-10-18

Prices of sold works only when you choose

On a presentation that shows availability, a sold work no longer shows its price unless you tick “Prices of sold works” beside Prices in its options.

  • 2026-10-18

The sides of a work take its picture's colours

In View in Room the sides of a work now continue the colours along the edges of its picture, so a frame or a painted edge runs around the work instead of a grey box — in the 3D view and in AR on iPhone, iPad and Android.

  • 2026-10-18

Choose the background of your presentations

In Settings › Presentations you can now pick the background colour of presentations built from blocks, one for light and one for dark, and go back to the original at any time. A colour on which text would be hard to read is not used.

  • 2026-10-18

    Link your website from presentations

Add your website's address in Settings › Presentations, and every presentation links it at the bottom of the page, shown by its address such as yourgallery.com, next to the imprint and the privacy policy.

  • 2026-10-18

Style the top of your presentations

In Settings › Presentations you can now place your logo at the start or in the middle, add a fine line under the header and choose the typefaces of your presentations, each shown in a preview in light and dark.

  • 2026-10-18

A contact card on your presentations

Name a representative for a presentation, and its page shows who provided it: name, position, email, phone and, if you like, a portrait. Enquiries from the page go straight to that person. Everyone sets their own details for each account under Settings › Name & Security.

  • 2026-10-18

    Space around your logo

In Settings › Presentations you can now set the space above and below your logo in the bar at the top of your presentations, so a large logo has room to breathe. It applies to every presentation.

  • 2026-10-18

Start a campaign, a sale and more from a list

A list's menu now offers what the works basket offers: a contact list starts a campaign to its contacts, and a work list starts an offer, hold, sale, lead, shipment, exhibition, consignment, presentation, email or campaign with its works.

  • 2026-10-18

Add documents straight from your records

When you add a document to a work, an exhibition, a consignment, a shipment, a sale, a presentation, a biography or a message, the list now has a tab for each kind of record next to the Media Library. Choose an exhibition, a consignment, a shipment, a work or an artist's biography to see the documents it already has and add one with a click, or make a new PDF from one of your templates, for a list or a contact too. Nothing needs to be downloaded and uploaded again.

  • 2026-10-18

Clients can ask about several works in one enquiry

In presentations built from blocks and on your website, Enquire now collects works, like a basket in a shop. Visitors add the works they are interested in, keep browsing, and send one enquiry about all of them from “Your enquiry” at the bottom of the page. It arrives in your Leads as one lead with every work linked. Visitors who tick “Remember my details on this device” do not have to type their name and email address again next time.

  • 2026-10-18

    Enquiries straight to your inbox

When someone enquires through a presentation or your website, you now get the whole enquiry by email — their name, contact details, message and the works they asked about — and can answer by simply replying. It is on for every presentation and website that takes enquiries, and each can also send a copy to colleagues or a shared inbox.

  • 2026-10-18

    Duplicate a presentation

Choose "Duplicate" in a presentation's menu and a new one opens with the same works in the same order, the same page with its texts and documents, and the same settings. Change the name or anything else, choose who it is for, and save. The copy gets its own link; the visits and enquiries of the original stay with the original.

  • 2026-10-17

Turn an exhibition or a list into a presentation

Choose “Present” in the menu of an exhibition or a list of works, and a new presentation opens with its works in the same order and its name already filled in. An exhibition brings its documents along too. Your account's usual presentation settings apply — look it over and save.

  • 2026-10-17

Add a PDF made from a template

In the documents of a work, an exhibition, a consignment or a shipment, in a presentation and in a message, you can now also create a document from your templates, such as an exhibition's checklist or a work sheet. WrkLst makes the PDF, saves it to the Media Library and adds it for you, so there is no need to download it and upload it again. The document stays in the Media Library, ready to be used again.

  • 2026-10-17

    Your logo on dark presentations

In Settings › Presentations you can now choose how your logo appears on dark presentation pages: as uploaded, in white, with its colours inverted, or as a second logo made for dark backgrounds. It changes along when your client switches between light and dark.

  • 2026-10-17

Your leads and presentations on the dashboard

The dashboard now shows your day's work: your own open leads, with the follow-ups that are due or overdue first, how many enquiries are waiting for a reply, and how many of your follow-ups are due. A second card shows the most recently edited presentations, who each one is for, and how often and when your client last opened it.

  • 2026-10-17

    Clients choose light or dark

Presentations built from blocks now have a button at the top that switches between light and dark, and they open the way your client's own device is set. A presentation you already set to dark stays dark. Prefer one look? Turn the button off in the presentation's settings and choose light or dark yourself.

  • 2026-10-17

View in Room and View in AR on your website

Visitors can see each work at its real size in a room, as a box with its image or as its 3D model, and on their phone on their own wall or floor. You decide per work what is offered and in which order.

  • 2026-10-17

Your website's look, publishing and legal pages

In Settings › Website you choose your website's colours, typefaces and logos, how often it updates itself from WrkLst, and whether visitors can send enquiries. Its imprint and privacy policy are written for you from your account's details.

  • 2026-10-17

Your gallery website, built from your inventory

Create your website with one click: pages for your artists, exhibitions and works are made from what you keep in WrkLst, and you arrange each page with the same blocks as your presentations. Publish when you are ready.

  • 2026-10-17

See where a work, artist or exhibition is on your website

The new Website section on every work, artist and exhibition lists the pages that show it and publishes its page. In it you can hide an artist or an exhibition from the website and feature an exhibition; a work is hidden from the website in the Website section of its form.

  • 2026-10-17

Show your works on your website with optional prices

In each work's new Website section, choose whether it appears on your website, whether its availability and its price are shown and which price, and add a short public note.

  • 2026-10-17

    Leads grouped by contact

Leads are now grouped by contact, with their earlier leads one click away. Each contact shows what is open and for which goals, how many artworks, what the sales are worth and when something last happened. Earlier leads — won, published or lost — stay folded away and list whose they were, so you know what was said before; you find them in the lead itself and on the contact too. On the board, a card tells you how many other leads are open with the same contact, and list, board and calendar can be narrowed to one contact. When two leads of one contact fit together again, the group suggests merging them — nothing is merged until you confirm — and their artworks, notes, timeline and follow-ups continue as one.

  • 2026-10-17

    Your own goals for leads

Add your own goals for leads, with your own words for each step: a gallery representation, an art fair, a prize. In Settings › Leads you also choose which of WrkLst’s goals your account offers. A goal you no longer need is archived, and its leads keep it.

  • 2026-10-17

    Leads for more than sales

A lead can now aim at more than a sale: an exhibition, a press feature and more, each with its own steps in its own words — Proposed, Shortlisted, Confirmed for an exhibition. Choose the goal when you make a lead, filter the list, the board and the calendar by goal, and see each lead’s goal at a glance. When an exhibition lead is agreed, link the exhibition: the artworks on its checklist go ahead, and the others continue in a lead of their own.

  • 2026-10-17

See your leads on a calendar

See your leads on a calendar: what is due for follow-up and what happened when. Leads has a third view beside the list and the board — a month or a week, and on a phone a day-by-day agenda. Overdue follow-ups stand out from those due today, and today says how many are overdue — one click lists them. What happened on a lead appears on its day, and a click opens the lead — at that entry of its timeline wherever the timeline has one. The calendar keeps your filters and Mine | All.

  • 2026-10-17

The board shows each artwork where it stands

A lead now appears in every column of the board where it has artworks, and each card lists only the artworks at that stage — “+2 in In contact” says where the others are. Move one artwork by its own handle, or all the artworks on a card at once by the card’s, or use Move to. Each column counts its leads and its artworks. Moving works the same on the board and in the lead itself: change only the stage, or change it together with the offer, hold or sale that goes with it — one window shows each choice and what it does, and a move with nothing to choose happens at once, with Undo.

  • 2026-10-17

    Leads split at the deal

When an offer, hold or sale made from a lead or linked to it covers only some of its works, the others continue in their own lead with the same contact. A work that is on hold or sold in Sales stays where it is. You can also move works to a new lead yourself, and closed leads show any works nobody has decided on yet.

  • 2026-10-17

    Every lead has a timeline

Every lead now has a timeline: who did what and when — created, moved, artworks added or rejected, offers and holds linked, follow-ups set and done, mails sent and kept. Add a note right in the timeline: type a line and press Enter. You can edit or delete your own notes. Your own mails appear with their subject. When a colleague writes to the contact or keeps a mail with them, every open or Long-term lead with that contact says who and when — never what.

  • 2026-10-17

See your own leads first — and everyone's with one click

Leads now opens on your own leads: the ones assigned to you, the ones you look after as the second person, and the unassigned ones you entered yourself. One button beside the view switch shows every lead, and "3 unassigned" tells you when an enquiry is still waiting for someone. In Settings › User Roles you decide, for each role you add, whether its people may see other people's leads at all (the system roles always may) — without that right they see only their own, everywhere in WrkLst.

  • 2026-10-17

Presentations come with a privacy policy

Every presentation now links a privacy policy that WrkLst provides for you, in the presentation’s language. It names your company as responsible for your clients’ data and explains what is recorded when they view the presentation or send an enquiry. Prefer your own privacy policy? Link it in Settings › Presentations and it replaces ours.

  • 2026-10-17

View in Room and View in AR in your presentations

People you send a presentation to can see each work whose measurements you show at its real size in a room, as a box with the work's image on the front, and on an iPhone, iPad or Android phone on their own wall or floor through the camera.

  • 2026-10-17

Clients can ask to buy from your presentation

Switch on purchase requests and the people you send a presentation to can ask to buy an available work at the price shown. The request arrives in your Leads with the work and the presentation linked; nothing is reserved until you decide.

  • 2026-10-17

Send a presentation as a designed email

Add a presentation to an email and it goes out as a designed email: one built from blocks is laid out like the presentation itself — its headings, texts, pictures and works, each leading to the presentation — and any other in a standard layout. Choose for each block whether it shows on the web page, in the email or in both, and see the email as your client will before you send it.

  • 2026-10-17

    Reuse your favourite presentation blocks

Save a block you like, such as an introduction or a grid of works, and add it to any other presentation with one click.

  • 2026-10-17

    Send a presentation by email

Send a presentation straight from WrkLst: the email opens with the link, the presentation as a designed email and your client already filled in.

  • 2026-10-17

See how your clients use your presentations

A presentation now shows how often it was opened and which documents were downloaded — and, for a presentation built from blocks, which works were looked at most.

  • 2026-10-17

    Build presentations from blocks

Put a presentation together from headings, text, pictures and your works in one, two or three columns, and offer each work's 3D model in View in Room, chosen per work. See it as your client will while you work. The page your client opens reads like a printed catalogue — a title page and numbered works — on a light or a dark wall. Presentations you already sent keep their look.

  • 2026-10-17

    Offer details on a lead

Give a lead the date its offer is valid until, an importance from one to five stars, and a second person who looks after it.

  • 2026-10-17

Where every artwork on a lead stands

See where every artwork on a lead stands — from first contact through hold, sale and payment — move each one on by hand, and mark the artworks the client rejected while the others go ahead.

  • 2026-10-17

Collectors can enquire from your presentations

Switch on ‘Enquiries’ for a presentation and the people you send it to can ask about a work right there. Each enquiry arrives in your Leads with the work and the presentation already linked.

  • 2026-10-17

Start a lead from an exhibition, a fair, a presentation or your basket

Exhibitions, fairs and presentations now have a ‘New lead’ button, already linked to them, and the basket can turn the works you selected into a lead. The Leads filter can also show the leads of one presentation.

  • 2026-10-17

See what your leads are worth

A lead with an offer, hold or sale now shows its value in the list and on the board, each board column adds up what is in it per currency, and the Leads report shows what is in offers, on hold and won — per person and per channel. Values come from the offers, holds and sales themselves and follow the same permissions.

  • 2026-10-17

Your leads keep up with your email

When you answer a lead by email from WrkLst, it moves to In contact by itself and no longer counts as waiting for a reply. Reply from a lead and its works are already attached. Send works to collectors with ‘Record as a lead’ and each recipient becomes a lead with those works. A lead also shows the emails you have sent that person since it came in.

  • 2026-10-17

Turn a lead into an offer, a hold or a sale

From a lead, create an offer, a hold or a sale with the person and the works already filled in, or link one you already made. The lead follows it from Offer to Hold to Sale, a declined offer stays on the lead when you mark it lost, and the sale shows which lead it came from.

  • 2026-10-17

See where your leads come from and how they end — per goal and per contact

Reports & Analytics has a Leads tab: your open leads by stage, how many new leads came in and from where, how many were won or lost and why, how many works contacts said no to and why, and how quickly leads were answered — per channel, per person they are assigned to and per contact. Pick one goal to read it in that goal's own words with its own win rate, or see all goals side by side, each with its own. Values come from sales only. It counts only the leads you may see.

  • 2026-10-17

Leads in the API and in your AI assistant

Your leads can now be listed, read, created and changed through the WrkLst API and by an AI assistant connected to your account, with exactly the permissions you have in WrkLst. A lead that comes in this way shows where it came from, and you can filter your leads by it. Every field is described in the API documentation under Settings.

  • 2026-10-17

See your leads as a board, and tag them

Your leads can now be shown as a board with a column for each stage: drag a lead on to its next stage, or use Move to on its card. Tag leads with your own words — an art fair, a campaign, a client group — and filter by them. You can also make a lead straight from an email with a contact, see the leads of an exhibition or a presentation on its page, set a lead’s follow-up date in one step, and see on your Dashboard how many leads are waiting for a reply.

  • 2026-10-17

    Follow-up reminders for your leads

On a lead's follow-up day, WrkLst reminds the person it is assigned to, and when a colleague assigns a lead to you, you hear about it right away. Lead follow-ups can also go into your calendar app: add a calendar subscription with Lead follow-ups under Settings › Calendar.

  • 2026-10-17

Leads: follow every enquiry from first contact to sale

The new Leads page keeps every enquiry in one place: who it is from, which works and artists it is about, who is looking after it and when to follow up. Move each lead from New to In contact, Offer, Hold and Sale — or mark it as lost — and see at a glance how long it has been waiting. Everything you recorded as interest so far is already there, under Long-term. Someone who is not in your contacts yet stays on the lead until you link them to a contact or create one. Under Settings › Notifications you choose which new leads you hear about.

  • 2026-10-15

    Find works with empty fields

The works filter has a new group, “Search for empty fields”. Tick year, price, image or another field to list only the works where it is still blank — an easy way to see which records still need completing.

  • 2026-10-10

    Drag and drop files

Drag files from your computer straight into WrkLst — several at once, or a whole folder. Drop documents on a work, sale, shipment, exhibition, presentation or consignment you are editing, images on a work, a contact or an exhibition's installation shots, attachments on a message you are writing, and files on the Media Library or the Artwork Import. A bio line also takes a dropped document, and a Word template its .docx files. And images, videos, attachments, campaign recipients and artist waitlist entries can be dragged into the order you want.

  • 2026-10-08

You decide what goes to AfterShip

Before a shipment's tracking number is sent to AfterShip for its parcel status and map, WrkLst now asks you first — and can remember your answer, which you can change under Settings › Preferences. Admins can also turn AfterShip off for the whole account under Settings › Integrations.

  • 2026-10-07

    Your own credit card fee

Under Settings › Invoicing you can now set the credit card fee your sales start with when they charge one through their payment link — until now it was always 3 %. Each sale can still be given its own percentage.

  • 2026-10-01

    Works as a card list

Your works can now be shown as a card list: a large picture beside the work's details, its price, owner, location, consignment and exhibition — the view WrkLst classic called the list. The view button in the works toolbar and Alt+V step through grid, card list and table. The works inside a list, exhibition, consignment, sale, shipment or presentation have their own view button in the section header: list, card list or pictures. Under Settings › Preferences the card list can become your default view.

US bank accounts read automatically through Stripe

If you use Stripe and bank in the US, link your checking or savings account in Stripe’s secure bank login under Sales → Payments → Accounts. Stripe reads new transactions every day and they land in your payment stream, matched to invoices and sales like every other payment. Stripe charges about $0.30 per linked account per month on your Stripe account; WrkLst adds nothing.

  • 2026-09-24

Payments: bank reconciliation and one stream for Stripe, Shopify, QuickBooks and your bank

Every incoming payment in one place, grouped by the account it landed on — your bank (read online from German banks, or from the statement file any European e-banking exports), Stripe, Shopify and QuickBooks. Payments that name an invoice or a sale and fit the amount are booked by themselves; the rest come with ranked suggestions you confirm with one click. Book part payments, take a booking back with a reason, or set a transfer aside. Sales → Payments; accounts are managed there too. Available to administrators; grant it to other roles under Settings › User Roles.

  • 2026-09-24

Invoice bookkeeping: numbered, locked invoices with e-invoices and DATEV export

Issue invoices, partial, advance and final invoices per sale as numbered, locked documents, correct mistakes with a cancellation invoice, book payments per invoice (also from Stripe, Shopify and QuickBooks) and see every document in the new Invoices view. Tuned to your country’s rules: Germany gets GoBD compliance, an embedded e-invoice (ZUGFeRD) and a DATEV Buchungsstapel; Austria, the rest of the EU, the UK and the US get what applies to them. Off unless you switch it on under Settings → Accounting.

Your WrkLst dates in your calendar

Subscribe your calendar app — Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook or Thunderbird — to the dates in WrkLst. You choose what goes in: exhibition runs, consignments out and in, payments due, holds, works needing attention, pickups and deliveries, productions, your timeline, contact birthdays and expiring presentation links. Set it up under Settings › Calendar. Everyone sees only what they may see in WrkLst anyway, checked afresh each time the calendar refreshes, and no amounts are ever written into an appointment's title.

  • 2026-09-22

Contacts from a phone into WrkLst

Import a contacts file and WrkLst reads every entry in it. Before anything is created you see the whole list, can search it and tick only the people you actually want. Anyone already in WrkLst is recognised and left out — and where their card carries something you do not have yet, a second number or an email address, WrkLst can add just that, without ever changing what is already there. You will find it under Settings › Import, and straight from the contacts screen.

  • 2026-09-22

Groups in your synced address book

On your phone and computer, your WrkLst contacts now come with groups: one for every list that holds contacts, and three at the top — artists, collectors and photographers, the roles WrkLst marks with an icon. A contact appears in a group as long as it is on that list or holds that role in WrkLst. And when you create an app password for a device, you can now choose to sync only the contacts on certain lists instead of the whole address book.

  • 2026-09-21

Your WrkLst contacts on your phone and computer

Sync your WrkLst address book to the contacts app on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android phone or any other device that supports CardDAV — names, phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses and pictures, always up to date, so you see who is calling. Create an app password for each device under Settings › Address book: on Apple devices one download sets everything up, on Android use the DAVx5 app. The sync is one-way — contacts are edited in WrkLst. Admins decide per role who may use it, under Settings › User Roles.

  • 2026-09-21

Disconnect your apps and devices when you reset your password

When you choose a new password through the reset email, you can now tick “Also disconnect my apps and devices”. It signs the WrkLst app out on every iPhone, iPad and Android device and ends your personal API keys and address book connections, in all your accounts — useful when a device is lost. If you only forgot your password, leave it unticked and everything keeps working.

Your own 3D models in View in Room and AR

Add a 3D model of a work — a GLB or USDZ file, for example from an iPhone scan — under 3D Models on the work. View in Room and AR then show the real object at its true size instead of a box, on the wall or on the floor. If a file is not at the right size, WrkLst suggests fitting it to the work’s dimensions.

  • 2026-09-11

    View in Room — AR

On iPhone, iPad and Android, place a work at its real size on your wall or floor through the camera.

  • 2026-09-06

See who did what, and from where

Under Settings → Interaction log an admin can now follow every request made to the account: per day and channel — the web interface, the mobile app, the API, the WordPress plugin or an AI assistant — on a map of where requests came from, and as a searchable list filtered by channel, user, day and text. Two new permissions in the user roles let you allow API access and AI assistant access per role; admin roles have them, others do not until you grant them.

  • 2026-09-05

View in Room shows the artwork, not the wall

An installation photo no longer brings the wall around the work into the room: View in Room now finds the artwork in the picture by itself and shows just that, checked against the work's measurements. The new crop button in the viewer lets you adjust the frame by hand or switch back to the whole image. The image itself is not touched — it stays exactly as it is everywhere else.

  • 2026-09-04

Sign your AI assistant in with your WrkLst login

Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor and other assistants no longer need a pasted token: point them at your account's address and they open your usual WrkLst sign-in in the browser, second factor included. You choose the account and see what the assistant will be allowed to do; it then works as you, with exactly your permissions. Take the connection back at any time under Settings › Connected apps.

  • 2026-09-04

    The API reference, inside WrkLst

Every endpoint of the WrkLst API — works, contacts, exhibitions, media, sales, lists, shipments, consignments, the website integration and the AI assistant connection — is now documented, with a search over all sections: you open it from Settings › API Tokens.

  • 2026-09-04

Work with WrkLst from an AI assistant

Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Cursor and other assistants that support MCP can now search, read and change your records for you. Give the assistant your account's address; it signs in with your WrkLst login, and works as you, with exactly your permissions, in that account.

  • 2026-09-04

Connect other software and AI assistants

Under Settings → API tokens you can now create tokens for other software that works with your account through the REST API. Choose what a token may do: read only, read and write, full access, or act as one user with exactly that user's rights. The API can now search and list records and covers sales, lists, shipments and consignments too. A WordPress plugin token for the WrkLst WordPress plugin can be created here too.

Choose the account a sale is booked to

When you send an invoice to QuickBooks you can now pick which income account it posts to, right on the sale — so a primary sale and a resale don't have to land in the same place. Leave it alone and it uses your company's usual account, as before. Each connected QuickBooks company has its own list.

  • 2026-08-21

Sales know which of your spaces they came from

If you run more than one space, a sale now says which one it is — right at the top of the sale. Your letterheads can belong to a space too, so only that space's stationery is offered, and each space can have its own QuickBooks company, so its invoices land in the right set of books. Nothing changes if you have one address.

  • 2026-08-21

    Get paid through QuickBooks

If you keep your books in QuickBooks, your clients can now pay an invoice there. Choose QuickBooks under Online payments in the settings, and the pay link on your invoices takes the client straight to the invoice in QuickBooks. Needs QuickBooks Payments on your QuickBooks company.

Answer a message with artworks — and see the whole exchange

Replying now opens the same message editor you write everything else in, so an answer can carry artworks, captions and attachments, and it lands in the same conversation in your recipient's mail program. You can forward a message the same way. And an open message shows the exchange it belongs to: what you sent, and what you kept from your mailbox.

  • 2026-08-13

Search your mailbox for a contact's mail

Looking for an email you exchanged with someone? Open a contact and press the search button on their Messages panel — or start from Messages and choose the person first. You can narrow it by subject or by what the mail says, read it, and keep it on the contact's record or answer it, without leaving WrkLst.

  • 2026-08-13

Messages you sent about a work

Open a work and you now see the messages you sent it with — who received each one, what it was about and what happened to it. Click one to read it.

  • 2026-08-13

Messages and campaigns in one list

Your messages and your outreach campaigns now live in one place. Messages shows both, one after the other, so you can see everything you have written without switching pages — and the New button starts either a message to one person or a campaign to many. Opening a campaign still takes you to the campaign itself, with everyone on it and its letter.

  • 2026-08-13

    Reply to a contact’s mail

In a contact’s Correspondence panel you can now answer a message without leaving WrkLst. Open the mail, write your reply, and it goes out from your own mail account into the same conversation — and it is written down on the contact like any other message.

  • 2026-08-12

The mail you exchanged with a contact

A contact now has a Correspondence panel that looks in your own mailbox for the emails you exchanged with that person, and shows them next to their record. It only searches for the addresses written down on the contact, and only when you ask it to. Nothing is stored until you keep a message — then its text becomes part of the contact’s record.

  • 2026-08-12

Three ways to send works by email

Sharing works by email is now one Email entry that opens a single panel. Send the works as pictures with the text underneath as before, as pictures with the caption inside them, or as one PDF. You also choose what the caption shows — price, credit lines, inventory number — and whether the pictures travel inside the email or are loaded from us when it is opened, which keeps the email small. Your choices are remembered for next time.

  • 2026-08-12

Every picture on its own page

A new template puts each picture on a page of its own, sized to the artwork, with its caption underneath — no letterhead, no page numbers, just the work. Download it as one PDF, or as single images with the caption inside the picture, so the two can never be separated on the way. You pick which of the two you want each time you download, and what the caption says.

  • 2026-08-12

Move to a smaller plan when your records shrink

If your works and contacts no longer fill the plan you are on, Settings → Subscription now offers the smaller one. Switch right away, or do nothing and we move you across automatically after seven days — so you never keep paying for room you no longer use.

  • 2026-08-12

    Your logo, set once

Upload your logo under Settings › Presentations and it appears at the top of every presentation you share — and on your PDF templates, so you only ever set it in one place. A single template can still use a different logo, or none at all.

  • 2026-08-12

Two ready-made PDF layouts for your works

Settings → Templates now offers two print-ready layouts you set up in a form instead of writing anything yourself: a list with a small picture, the caption and the details you pick, and a full page per work with a large picture underneath it. Put your own logo and address lines at the top, your credit line and page numbers at the bottom, and choose the typeface, the text size and how large the pictures print. You then download it from any list of works, the same way as every other template.

  • 2026-08-11

    Delete several works at once

Put the works you want to remove in the basket and delete them together from the basket menu. The dialog lists exactly which works go and which stay: a work that is on a sale, in a group, on a shipment, in an exhibition or on a consignment is kept — the same rule that applies when you delete a single work. You confirm by typing the number of works being deleted, and deleted works can be restored from Settings › Toolbox › Recover recent records.

  • 2026-08-11

    Delete a whole inventory

Settings › Toolbox can now delete an entire inventory together with every work in it — the quickest way to undo an import that went to the wrong place. It only works while none of those works is on a sale, in a group, on a shipment, in an exhibition or on a consignment, and you confirm by typing the inventory's name. Deleted works can be restored from “Recover recent records” on the same page.

  • 2026-08-11

Know when copied works have arrived

Copying works into another WrkLst account happens in the background, and a large selection can take a few minutes. Shared Copies now shows while a copy is still running, and you get a notification the moment the works are ready — with a link straight to them.

  • 2026-08-11

Copy works into another of your accounts

If you work in more than one WrkLst account, you now choose the destination straight from a list of your accounts when you copy works — no email address needed. Sending a copy to someone else still works by typing their email address.

  • 2026-08-07

    Your own colour behind images

Choose the colour that sits behind your artwork — in the work detail, the enlarged view and every image frame. Pick one colour for light mode and one for dark mode under Settings › General Account, or put both back to the WrkLst colour with a single click. It applies to everyone in your account.

  • 2026-08-07

Your basket, straight from the menu

The works basket and the contacts basket now sit next to Works and Contacts in the main menu. You can see how many items are in each, and use, share, save or empty a basket from anywhere in WrkLst — no need to open the module first. Adding or removing the results you are currently looking at stays inside Works and Contacts, where there is a selection to act on.

  • 2026-08-05

Put your accounts in your own order

If you work in more than one WrkLst account, you can now decide the order they appear in — in the tabs at the top and in the account menu. Open Settings › Name & Security › Account order and drag your accounts into the order you want, or send one straight to the front. The account you are in always comes first.

  • 2026-08-05

    Rename your account

You can now change what your WrkLst account is called. Open Settings › General Account and edit the account name at the top. The new name appears straight away in the account switcher and in the mail we send you.

  • 2026-08-05

Keep your accounts one click away

If you work in more than one WrkLst account, you can now keep them all as a row of tabs at the top of the screen. The account you are in stays on the left, and a search box appears once you have more than five. Switch it on under Settings › Name & Security › Account tabs — it is shown on larger screens.

  • 2026-08-04

Choose how wide the list beside a record is

Open a contact, artwork or exhibition and the list stays beside it — now at whatever width suits you. Under WrkLst 10 at the foot of the menu, Layout settings offers the full list, thumbnails only (hover one to see the whole row), or no list at all. Each part of WrkLst remembers its own setting, and the menu itself can be narrowed there too.

  • 2026-08-03

Go straight to another account by its address

Typing another WrkLst account's address, or opening it from a bookmark, now takes you straight in — exactly like switching accounts from the menu under your name. As long as you are still signed in somewhere, you will not be asked to sign in again.

  • 2026-08-03

Cancelling, and the yearly saving, spelled out

The subscription page now says where to cancel and what happens when you do — and the saving it offers for paying yearly is the one your plan actually gives you.

  • 2026-08-03

What your subscription costs, in plain view

The subscription page now shows your price, whether VAT is charged and what it adds up to each month or year — from your first day, without waiting for an invoice.

  • 2026-08-03

A guide for your first steps

A new account now opens on a short Getting started card: create an inventory, add your first work, then add your artists and clients. Dismiss it when you are done — you can bring it back from Customize.

  • 2026-08-03

    Ten more languages

WrkLst now speaks Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic and Hindi, alongside the six it already had — sixteen in all. Pick yours from the menu under your name, and it follows you to every computer you sign in on. Arabic reads right to left, so in Arabic the whole interface turns around to match: the menu moves to the right, and everything else with it. Hong Kong and Taiwan now get Traditional Chinese rather than Simplified. Reports you download as PDFs print correctly in every one of the sixteen.

  • 2026-08-03

Arrange the menu the way you work

Move the pointer to the bottom of the menu and pick “Customize menu” to hide the areas you never open. Hidden ones gather under an “Other” entry at the end of the menu, so they stay in reach — point at “Other” and they slide open. In the same view you can put the menu in your own order: take an entry by the handle at its left and drag it where you want it, or move it with the arrow keys. “Reset menu” puts everything back the way it came. Your arrangement follows you to every computer you sign in on.

  • 2026-08-02

The account you are in comes first

In the WrkLst accounts list, the account you are working in is now at the top instead of somewhere down the alphabet — so you can see where you are at a glance before you switch.

  • 2026-08-02

Signing out means this computer only

Signing out now ends your session on the computer you are using — and closes every WrkLst account open in that browser at the same time. Everywhere else you stay signed in, so signing out on your laptop no longer signs you out on your desktop.

  • 2026-08-02

    Change your own email address

You can now change the address you sign in with, from your profile in Settings. We send a code to the new address so a typo can never lock you out, and it changes everywhere at once — every WrkLst account you belong to. For everyone’s safety, only you can change your own address; colleagues and administrators can’t, and we’ll ask for your password first.

  • 2026-08-02

You asked, we listened: one sign-in for all your WrkLst accounts

If you work across more than one WrkLst account, you no longer need a separate login for each. One email and one password now sign you in to all of them, and you can switch between them from the menu under your name — no more juggling addresses and passwords. While we were in there we added modern security to match: passkeys, two-factor authentication, and signing in with a one-time code by email.

  • 2026-08-01

See all your WrkLst accounts, and start another

The menu under your name now lists every WrkLst account you belong to: the one you are in is ticked, and each shows its address and, where it applies, its billing state. Below the list you can start a new WrkLst account with a 14-day free trial — you keep the same email and password, and the new account is simply added to your sign-in.

  • 2026-08-01

Choose where to land when you sign in

If you work in more than one gallery or collection, signing in now asks which one you want. Tick the box on that screen — or the setting in your personal settings — to skip it and go straight to the one you used last.

July 2026

  • 2026-07-31

Your address is filled in for you

A new WrkLst account now starts with your gallery’s own record already filled in from the address you gave when you signed up — you just check it and confirm. Setting up no longer means typing your own address a second time.

  • 2026-07-31

Invite someone who already uses WrkLst

You can now invite a colleague with the same email address they already use at another gallery or collection. They keep one user account and one password, and simply gain access to your WrkLst account as well — no second address needed.

  • 2026-07-31

Setting a new password takes you to the sign-in screen

After you choose a new password you are now asked to sign in with it, instead of being let straight through. It is one extra step, and it means a password reset can never skip the confirmation from your authentication app.

  • 2026-07-31

    Switch between your WrkLst accounts

If you work with more than one gallery or collection, your user menu now lists the others. Pick one and you are there — no signing in again.

  • 2026-07-29

More room to write your outreach message

Writing a campaign is roomier. The window is wider, the message box keeps a comfortable writing height instead of shrinking to a single line on smaller screens, and the send step now shows the artworks and documents going out with the letter — right beside it, where you can still change them for one recipient before their copy goes.

  • 2026-07-28

Rename a shipping carrier everywhere at once

Settings › Toolbox now lists the shipping carriers you have typed on your own shipments. Rename one to fix a typo or tidy up a name, and every shipment using it is updated in one go. Carriers with live tracking are built in and stay untouched.

  • 2026-07-27

Reconnect a mail or QuickBooks account in one click

When your Google, Microsoft or QuickBooks connection stops working, WrkLst now tells you straight away and offers a Reconnect button — no more disconnecting and reconnecting by hand in the settings. Connections also survive short outages at the provider instead of dropping for good.

  • 2026-07-25

Buttons are the same size everywhere

Every icon button in WrkLst 10 is now the same, slightly larger size — the “+” in a panel header is no longer smaller than the button next to it. Larger buttons are easier to hit, especially on a tablet or phone.

  • 2026-07-25

Readable dates in a record's history

The “History” of a work, contact, sale, exhibition, consignment, shipment, list, presentation, file or campaign now reads the date and time back the way the rest of the app does — “5 Apr 2018, 19:39 by Tobias” — in your language and your own time, instead of a technical timestamp in English.

  • 2026-07-25

    Cleaner panel headers

Choosing the order of works in a list, presentation, exhibition or consignment is now a small button in the panel header instead of a dropdown field — the header stays tidy and the button shows which order is applied.

  • 2026-07-25

Full artwork details in the lightbox, everywhere

Enlarging an artwork from a sale now shows its whole caption — artist, title, medium, dimensions, edition, signature and credits, price and location — the same panel you get from the inventory list, plus a link back to the work inside the sale. It used to show only the artist and title.

  • 2026-07-25

The sign-in screens now speak your language

Logging in, resetting a password, activating an invitation — every screen you see before you are signed in is now available in every language WrkLst speaks. Pick yours at the bottom of the page and it carries straight through into WrkLst once you are in.

  • 2026-07-25

Our emails now look like WrkLst

Every email WrkLst sends you — sign-in codes, invitations, receipts, notifications — now arrives in one clean layout with the WrkLst logo. Sign-in codes show the six digits large and on their own line, so your phone or Mac can offer to fill the code in for you, and the code box on the login screen now shows the six digits it expects.

  • 2026-07-25

Cost report downloads named after the exhibition

The PDF and spreadsheet from Production & expenses now arrive named after the record they belong to, in your own language — so a folder of them tells you what each one is without opening it.

  • 2026-07-24

Image download and account copy in the new design

Downloading a work’s images and copying works to another WrkLst account now open in the new interface, with the same options as before — image selection, caption style, sizes, and what travels with a copy.

  • 2026-07-24

A way back in when your password doesn't work

A rejected sign-in is no longer a dead end. The login screen now offers to email you a password reset link, or a 6-digit code you type in to sign in straight away — useful when you are not sure which password you used. If you have two-factor authentication switched on, you still confirm with your app: the code does not skip it.

  • 2026-07-24

You choose how long you stay signed in

The login screen no longer asks you to tick “Remember me” twice. Instead, right after you sign in — with your password or with a passkey — WrkLst asks once: stay signed in on this device, or end the session by itself when you stop working. Pick “this session only” on a shared or borrowed computer.

  • 2026-07-24

    Your selection comes with you

Pick artworks and choose Ship, Exhibit, Consign, Present, Offer, Hold or Sell, and the new record now opens with those artworks already on it — with their prices, captions and sizes filled in, exactly as if you had added each one by hand. Creating a shipment from a sale brings the sale’s artworks and its reference across too. Previously the form opened empty and you had to pick everything again.

  • 2026-07-23

Shared copies in the new interface

The inbox for copies shared between WrkLst accounts now lives in the new interface: see incoming and outgoing copies at a glance, filter by direction, accept an incoming copy by matching its artists and inventories to your own, or decline and cancel — all in the new design.

  • 2026-07-23

Holds and payments in the new interface

Putting a work on hold, promoting a hold to a sale, releasing it, and recording a payment now open as fast dialogs in the new interface. Timed holds (“hold for 3 hours”) now actually expire — previously they were saved without an end time.

  • 2026-07-23

Customize exports in the new interface

Customizing a document before exporting it — choosing which fields it includes, the start position on a label sheet, and for Word templates the style and PDF-or-Word format — now opens instantly in the new interface, from every share menu.

  • 2026-07-23

    Clearer artwork deletion

Deleting an artwork now opens a faster confirmation in the new interface that spells out exactly what happens to linked records: which are deleted with the work, which are kept, and which sales block the deletion until the work is removed from them.

  • 2026-07-23

    The new image editor, everywhere

Rotating an image and setting its focal point — the spot crops and covers centre on — now opens the fast new editor from every place you can edit an image: the media library, a record's documents, artwork images and the media form. It previews exactly what will be shown, and works with the keyboard too.

  • 2026-07-23

Create and edit shipments in the new interface

Setting up a shipment — sender and recipient, dates, the carrier with a live tracking check, the shipped works, documents, exhibitions and sales, the proforma invoice with its priced lines, and the works' locations — now happens right inside the new interface. The signature statement you type now actually appears on the proforma paperwork.

  • 2026-07-23

Upload and edit media in the new interface

Uploading images, documents and weblinks — with drag & drop, batch names, credits and the photographer — now happens right inside the new interface, with clear per-file progress and instant renaming. Editing a file’s details (name, credit, photographer, confidentiality) moved along with it.

  • 2026-07-23

Create and edit consignments in the new interface

Setting up a consignment — its dates, consignor and consignee with their addresses, terms, the consigned works with their prices and commissions, documents, exhibitions and sales — now happens right inside the new interface, with drag-to-reorder and file upload in place. The consignment calendar moved along with it.

  • 2026-07-23

Create and edit presentations in the new interface

Setting up a presentation — its name, client, what the public page shows, the link and its expiry, the works and the documents — now happens right inside the new interface, with drag-to-reorder, file upload and weblinks in place. Your view stays where you were when you save.

  • 2026-07-23

Create and edit lists in the new interface

Adding a list and editing one — its name, category, visibility and the works or contacts it holds — now happens right inside the new interface, with drag-to-reorder, quick sorting and a search that finds records as you type. Your view stays where you were when you save.

  • 2026-07-23

    Saving and loading baskets, modernized

Saving your basket to a list and loading a list into your basket now happen in the new interface — a clear dialog with a searchable list picker, in your language and in dark mode, instead of the old pop-up.

  • 2026-07-23

Editing a work stays in its record

When you open a sale, shipment, exhibition, consignment, list or presentation and edit one of its artworks, the modern WrkLst 10 editor now opens right there — and saving takes you straight back to that artwork inside the record, instead of dropping you in the full artwork list. It's the same fast, clear form used everywhere else, now in dark mode and your language.

  • 2026-07-23

    Sales forms in WrkLst 10

Create and edit sales in the new WrkLst 10 interface — the invoice, works, payments and everything else, on the same fast, modern pages as the rest of your work.

  • 2026-07-22

Downloads finish on their own and show live progress

Preparing a document no longer depends on keeping the page open: exports now finish on our servers even if you close the tab, and are waiting for you when you come back. The new Downloads menu in the header shows each document's progress live, delivers your file the moment it is ready, and lets you retry or clear a failed export.

  • 2026-07-22

Lists are easier to click and read

Every list — artworks, contacts, sales, exhibitions, shipments, consignments, media, lists, presentations and collection values — now works the same way: click anywhere on a row to open it, and the buttons at the end of the row stay in place on the right. On a narrow window the list scrolls sideways instead of squeezing the columns until nothing is readable.

  • 2026-07-22

Download the cost report as a PDF or spreadsheet

Open an exhibition or consignment, expand Production & expenses, and download it two ways. The PDF is a dated document headed with your gallery's name and address, grouped by who paid, with a per-artwork summary — ready to send to your accountant. The spreadsheet is one row per entry with every field in its own column, so you can sort and pivot it however you like. On a show that has both, you can also choose what goes in: all costs, the artwork costs only, or the exhibition's own costs only.

  • 2026-07-22

Record what a show itself cost

Shipping, framing, photography, the opening dinner — you can now book an exhibition's own expenses right on the exhibition, in the same place you record an artwork's production costs. The exhibition's cost report shows both together: what the artworks cost, what the show itself cost, and the total.

  • 2026-07-22

    Adding and editing exhibitions, redesigned

Creating and editing an exhibition now happens in the new WrkLst 10 interface, on the same screen as the exhibition itself — so you go from reading a show to editing it without the page jumping. Everything is there: venues and dates, artists, works, install shots, documents, press releases, contacts, tags and timeline entries. WrkLst now also warns you if a colleague is editing the same exhibition, and will not let two people quietly overwrite each other.

  • 2026-07-21

Multi-edit now looks like the artwork editor

Editing several artworks at once now shows exactly the same panels and fields as the normal artwork editor, with a tick box next to each one so you choose what gets applied. Opening multi-edit from an edition also loads the whole edition — every copy, including APs — instead of only the one you were looking at.

  • 2026-07-21

    Download your template file

In Settings → Templates you can download the Word file a template is built on — click the download icon next to the file name. Handy for editing it or reusing it in another template.

    New users are always invited

Adding a team member now always sends them an invitation — they set up their own sign-in. Once they are active you can deactivate or reactivate them at any time.

  • 2026-07-21

Set the language for your whole account

Account settings now has a default interface language. Everyone in the account sees WrkLst in that language, and anyone who prefers another one can still pick it for themselves in the top bar.

  • 2026-07-20

    Copy an artwork's image again

The copy menu on a work now shows its image — right-click it to copy straight into an email or document. Copied artwork details also no longer include any stray formatting code.

  • 2026-07-19

Editing a contact takes you back where you started

When you edit a contact, saving or cancelling now returns you exactly where you came from — the list you were browsing (right back to your place in it) or the contact you were reading. The company field is easier too: click it and it shows your businesses straight away, each with its logo, so you can pick the right one without typing.

  • 2026-07-18

Add and edit works in the new interface

Creating and editing artworks now happens in the modern WrkLst 10 interface, just like the rest of the app. Everything from the old form is here — inventory numbers, artists, dimensions, prices, editions, images, locations, provenance, condition, insurance values, acquisition, documents and more — now faster, clearer, and available in dark mode and your language. The old edit pop-up is gone: editing now opens right in the page. You can also change many works at once with multi-edit, and paste a caption to let WrkLst fill in the details.

  • 2026-07-18

Your edits are protected from clashes

When someone else is already editing a contact, WrkLst 10 now shows you it's in use instead of letting you both change it at the same time — so your work and theirs can't overwrite each other. And if a contact changes while you have it open, we'll tell you before you save.

  • 2026-07-18

Add and edit contacts in the new interface

Creating and editing contacts now happens in the modern WrkLst 10 interface, just like the rest of the app. Everything from the old form is here — names and partners, phone numbers, emails, addresses with address lookup, tags, interests, waitlists, connections, images and more — now faster, clearer, and available in dark mode and your language. Paste a signature block and let WrkLst fill in the details for you.

  • 2026-07-16

See exactly what changed in a record

The change history on works and contacts now explains itself. Next to each entry, open "What changed" to see the details that edit touched — the old value and the new one, side by side. Available to administrators, and for changes made within the past year.

More than one gallery space? Add your other locations

If your gallery has more than one space, you can now list them all. In Settings, add your other locations beside your headquarters. Moves between two of your own spaces are then no longer treated as third-party business: they show as an internal transfer, and you can filter for them in consignments and shipments. Exhibitions at any of your spaces now count as your own, so the filter for your own locations covers them all.

  • 2026-07-16

Production costs on shows and consignments

See what it cost to make. Exhibitions and consignments now show a production and framing cost summary right beside their sales report — a clear total, split into production and framing, grouped by who paid for them or by work.

  • 2026-07-16

    Download a single image

The per-image download from WrkLst Classic is back. Open an artwork, expand its Artwork Images section, and download any single image at the size you need — or download every image at once from the section header.

  • 2026-07-15

    Recover deleted records

Deleted something by mistake? Settings › Toolbox now has “Recover recent records”: bring back any Work, Contact, Sale, Exhibition, Presentation, List, Consignment, Shipment or Document deleted in the last 7 days. Its history shows it was recovered and by whom.

  • 2026-07-15

    Re-apply artist price factors

In Settings › Toolbox you can now re-apply an artist's price factor to all their works in one click. Prices that depend on the factor refresh right away — handy after you add new works — without opening and re-saving each factor.

  • 2026-07-15

    Sales report by channel

An exhibition's or consignment's sales report now keeps your own sales, external sales and donations & gifts in separate groups, each with its own totals. Donations and gifts are valued at the work's list price, since they sell for nothing.

  • 2026-07-13

Find a sale by the title of the artwork

Searching the sales list now matches the titles of the artworks on a sale, not just their inventory numbers. Type the name of a work — the way it is actually remembered in the studio — and every offer, hold, sale and donation that carried it comes up. Artist, client, invoice number and inventory number keep working exactly as before.

  • 2026-07-13

What sold, who sold it, and what is still available

The sales report on an exhibition or consignment now files every sale under the person who made it: unfold a facilitator and their sales appear the way the Sales page shows them — picture, client, invoice, payment status — and one click opens the sale. Above them, a bar shows where every work stands — sold, donated, gifted, on hold, offered, available, not available — each with its share, in the colours the works list already uses; read it by number of works or switch it to value, where a sold work counts what it actually fetched. Sales a work no longer stands behind — it came back, or was resold — no longer count towards a show, so a work on the wall is never reported as sold.

  • 2026-07-13

Exhibitions in an order that makes sense, plus a filter for your own space

The exhibitions list is sorted by the date a show actually starts, newest first. A show whose dates are still to be confirmed no longer jumps to the top of the programme: it takes the place of the day it was created, so it keeps its place in the programme. The filter also has a new switch to show only the exhibitions held at your own venue.

  • 2026-07-13

Sales report on every exhibition and consignment

Open an exhibition or a consignment and you now see what it actually sold: the total, how much each colleague sold, and every sold work with its buyer and invoice. It covers the whole record — there is no period to choose. Shown to everyone who may see sales reports.

  • 2026-07-13

    Works better on a phone

On a small screen the header no longer lets a long record title crowd out search, notifications and your account menu, and the bar at the bottom of a record keeps every button within reach. Stepping through records is now two arrows and a tap-to-jump counter.

  • 2026-07-13

Stuck messages can be sent again

A message that is still waiting to be sent now says so plainly, and after ten minutes it offers you a button to send it again. WrkLst never sends the same message twice, so it is always safe to press.

  • 2026-07-13

Shipments, consignments and lists show their art

A shipment, a consignment and a list now show what they hold: in the grid the pictures lie as a small pile, in the list and the side panel they appear as a stack, and at the top of the record you can click any picture to open that artwork full screen. A list of contacts shows the faces of its people instead — so you can finally tell a list of works from a list of people at a glance, and the people icon no longer appears on lists that hold no people at all.

  • 2026-07-13

Sales show the art they are for

A sale now shows the works on the invoice: in the grid they lie as a small pile of pictures, in the list and the side panel they appear as a stack, and at the top of the sale itself you can click any picture to open that artwork full screen, with its artist, title and year.

  • 2026-07-13

Presentations show what is in them

A presentation now shows its works as its cover picture — in the grid, in the list and at the top of the presentation itself, where clicking a picture opens that artwork full screen. The overview also names the client it was made for, says whether the link you sent is still active and whether the client has opened it, and finally shows when each presentation was last changed.

  • 2026-07-13

Exhibition covers built from the works

The cover picture of an exhibition is now put together from the works in the show: two works sit side by side, three become vertical stripes, four fill a checkerboard. The covers appear straight away, stay sharp on any screen, and in the list view the works are shown as a small stack — the same way a message shows the works it carries. In the detail view, clicking a picture opens that artwork full screen.

  • 2026-07-12

    Outreach in the new interface

Outreach now opens in the new interface. Each campaign shows at a glance how far it has got — how many people the letter reached, and how many of them opened it. Open one and you see exactly who is on the list, whether their letter has gone out and whether they read it; recipients can be added, removed and put in the order they will be written to. The letter itself is written in the same editor as Messages, with artworks, prices and your signature. When it is ready, send to everyone still waiting in one go, instead of clicking through them one at a time.

  • 2026-07-12

    Biographies, rebuilt

Artist CVs have moved into WrkLst 10. Write the short bio, add and reorder categories and lines by dragging them (or with the arrow keys), and decide per line what goes on your website. Pasting a whole CV at once now reads years and ranges properly — a four-letter line like "Solo" is no longer mistaken for a year and dropped.

  • 2026-07-12

    Collection Values, rebuilt

The value sheet has moved into WrkLst 10. Filter your collection any way you like and see what it cost, what it is estimated at and what it is insured for — the totals for everything you have filtered stay pinned above the rows as you scroll, and the pencil on a line opens the work's values and brings you back to the same place. Whatever the currencies, the totals are converted into yours.

  • 2026-07-12

Messages is a proper mail client now

Your sent mail has its own page: a clean list of everything you have written from WrkLst, with the recipient, the subject, a first line of the text, and whether they opened it. Click a message to read it exactly as it went out — who was copied in, which artworks and documents it carried, and every time the recipient opened it. Writing a message has been rebuilt too: search a contact or just type an address, pick artworks and let their captions write themselves, preview the whole thing, and save it, send it, or drop it into your mail account's drafts. You can also delete a message you no longer want to keep.

  • 2026-07-12

A presentation shows what you sent

Opening a presentation now shows the whole thing again: the client it was made for, the link you sent them — copy it in one click — until when that link works and how often the client has opened it, which layout they see, and exactly which details of a work travel with it, from prices to availability.

  • 2026-07-12

    Timeline in the new interface

The Timeline has moved into the new WrkLst interface. Press the plus and you can now add an exhibition, a consignment or a shipment straight to the timeline — pick the record and its dates are filled in for you, and the entry opens it again with one click. Entries also show their real length again: a month-long exhibition draws a month-long bar, where before every entry was drawn the same short width no matter what its dates said. A marker shows today, the year you are looking at is named at the bottom of the screen, and that year is now part of the web address, so you can bookmark a particular year or send someone a link straight to it. Entries can now also be deleted — something the timeline never allowed before; deleting one removes it from the timeline only, never the exhibition, consignment or shipment behind it.

  • 2026-07-12

    Files look the same everywhere

Documents attached to a sale, a shipment, a consignment, a presentation or an exhibition now appear as previews you can see — the same tiles the artwork pages already use — instead of a plain list of file names. Click one to open it right in WrkLst, or download it in any available format.

  • 2026-07-12

    Sales in the new interface

Sales now open in the new interface, with the invoice laid out line by line — every discount, tax and currency conversion shown — and the amount still outstanding right at the top, which you previously had to open the PDF to find. Browse sales side by side with the one you have open, sort by client, invoice number or date, and filter by anything from payment status to the year of the sale.

  • 2026-07-12

Works in a record are now a list

The works inside a shipment, exhibition, consignment, list or presentation are now shown as a list instead of tiles — one work per line with its inventory number, artist, title, details, price and location, so you can read a whole crate at a glance. Sort them by inventory number or keep your own order from the panel's header. And clicking a work now opens it in the new interface, with the other works of that record beside it, so you can step from one to the next without leaving the record.

  • 2026-07-12

    Shipments in the new interface

Shipments now open in the fast WrkLst 10 view: browse them as cards or a sortable table, filter by direction, transport window or arrival, and open one beside the list. Each shipment shows its carrier and live tracking with a map, the works in the crate, the documents, and the proforma invoice.

  • 2026-07-12

    The media library, rebuilt

Browse your images, documents and links side by side with the file you have open, search and sort them by name or by when they last changed, and see at a glance which artworks each file belongs to.

  • 2026-07-12

    Consignments, in the new interface

Consignments now open in the WrkLst 10 interface: see at a glance which way the art is moving, between whom, and for how long. Each work shows its price, commission and any additional cost, as before, and the loan conditions and documents are on the record. Large consignments load their works in pages, so they open straight away.

  • 2026-07-12

    Lists, in the new interface

Lists now open in the WrkLst 10 interface: browse them as cards or a table, filter by who can see them, by category or by whether they are archived, and open one without losing the list beside you. Big lists — a mailing list of thousands of contacts, say — now load their members in pages instead of all at once, so they open immediately instead of hanging.

  • 2026-07-12

    Presentations, in the new interface

Presentations now open in the WrkLst 10 interface, next to Exhibitions: browse them as cards or a table, sort by name or by when they last changed, archive the ones you are done with, and open one without losing the list. A presentation with hundreds of works now loads them in pages, so it opens straight away.

  • 2026-07-12

    Exhibitions, in the new interface

Exhibitions now open in the WrkLst 10 interface: browse them as cards or as a table, sort by title or date, and open one without losing the list — it stays beside you as a rail you can search and filter. An exhibition shows its checklist, installation shots, documents, loans, shipments, press release and the biography entries it generated; large shows now load their works in pages instead of all at once, so the record opens quickly.

  • 2026-07-11

Search and filter without leaving a record

The list beside an open work or contact now has its own search and filter, so you can look for the next record without closing the one you are reading. The "show current record" button only appears when that record is actually in the list you are looking at.

  • 2026-07-11

Sort your contacts, and clearer filters

The contact list can now be sorted by name, email, phone or city — click a column heading, or pick a sort order in the filter. The filter’s pickers (artist, waiting list, list) also show their options as soon as you click them, so you no longer have to guess what to type.

  • 2026-07-11

    Contacts in the new interface

Contacts now open in the new interface, side by side: pick someone from the list and their record slides in next to it. Their contact details — emails with their newsletter status, phone numbers, addresses with a map, links — sit right at the top, visible at a glance, with interest, waitlists, sales, exhibitions and connections below. Search, filter and the basket work just as they do for works.

  • 2026-07-11

    A new image viewer

Click any artwork to open it full screen: zoom in with the scroll wheel, pinch or a double-click, pan around the detail, and read the full caption beside it. Swipe or use the arrow keys to move through a work’s images — and, when you opened it from a list, straight on to the next work.

  • 2026-07-11

Share a sale, exhibition or shipment as a document

Generate a PDF or Word document for a single sale, exhibition or shipment straight from the work page — pick a template and it downloads as soon as it's ready. Shows wherever you have the share permission and templates set up.

  • 2026-07-11

Preview documents and videos in place

Open a work's attached PDFs, images, Office files and videos right inside WrkLst 10 — no more jumping to a new tab. PDFs page through in the window, Vimeo and YouTube play inline, and Download or Open-in-a-new-tab is always one tap away. Works the same on your phone as on the desktop.

  • 2026-07-10

The complete detail on every artwork

The artwork page now shows the full story again: a sale's complete price breakdown (discount, extra costs and tax), how a price moved over time, each exhibition's type and artists, the works inside a consignment or shipment, and more. You can also jump straight to edit a linked sale, exhibition or consignment — and see at a glance when a colleague is already working on one.

  • 2026-07-10

    See a work's exhibitions at a glance

The exhibitions a work has been in now show their picture and read as a clean line — title, venue and dates, each shown once. The exhibition shortcut in the summary also jumps you straight to the full list.

  • 2026-07-10

See what's inside a work's lists and presentations

On a work's page, the lists and presentations it belongs to now show more than a name — a privacy marker, whether it's archived, and a quick count of what each one holds, like "12 works · 3 contacts". You can tell them apart at a glance.

  • 2026-07-10

The Works list now looks like the artwork page

Your works grid, split-view list and table now carry the same calm gallery look as the artwork page — each thumbnail sits on a warm gallery wall, and the artist and title are set like a gallery label. Browsing your works and opening one now feel like the same place.

  • 2026-07-10

Add images by dropping them on the artwork

Drag photos straight onto a work's image area — or use the new Add Images button — and they upload right there, in the order you drop them. You can name the photographer once for the whole batch.

  • 2026-07-10

    A sleeker artwork page

Each work now opens with its image shown large on a calm gallery wall, and the artist, title and details set like a gallery label — easier to take in at a glance. It fits your phone screen properly, too.
