Contact management built around your works.
The whole relationship, on one page.
Select a contact and their record opens beside it: addresses, phone numbers and newsletter status at the top; leads, waitlists, sales, exhibitions and connections below. With tax assistance on, a business’s VAT number is checked with the official register and the result kept with its date, and a US buyer’s resale or exemption certificates are kept with their state and expiry. See Tax assistance
The contact log shows when you were last in touch, how and by whom — mail sent through WrkLst counts by itself, a call or a conversation at a fair takes one click — and how often you want to stay in touch.
Every enquiry can become a lead, and Opportunities proposes whom to contact for a show, or because it has been too long. See the CRM

1Find the right contacts for every show
Filter by artist, waiting list, list or rating, sort by name or city, and put the result in the basket — just as for works.
Save the selection as a list, then write to everyone on it from your own mailbox or subscribe them to your newsletter.
“For example, we can filter works by location, contacts by which artists they have collected, sales by payment status, and consignments to see which are current.”- Search & filter

Sync your WrkLst address book to the contacts app on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android or any CardDAV device — names, numbers, addresses and pictures, with a group for every list — so you see who is calling.
Import a contacts file from your phone and choose only the people you want; anyone already in WrkLst is left out.

Every message on the contact’s record
Email
Your own mailbox
Write in WrkLst and send from your own Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Infomaniak kSuite or IMAP account, or save to drafts. Sent mail records the recipient, the subject and, if you track it, when it was opened — your team’s own reads never count.
Email
Works attached
Attach artworks and their captions are written automatically — as images with the text underneath or inside, or as one PDF, with or without prices, in the order you choose and with further images of each work if you wish. Replies carry works too, and each work shows every message it was sent with.
CRM
Correspondence
On a contact, “Find mail in your mailbox” searches your own mailbox for the mail you exchanged — limited to the addresses on the record, and only when you ask. Keep a message to store it in WrkLst and reply from there.
CRM
Outreach
Send one letter to many contacts, each copy from your own account to one recipient at a time — with artworks, prices and your signature. The campaign records who received and opened it, and each contact’s messages show the letter, whoever on your team sent it.
Exhibitions
Invitations
Make a campaign an invitation: each guest answers on a reply page in your gallery’s style, with places, a waiting list and a reply deadline. The guest list shows who is coming and checks people in at the door, and each contact lists their invitations.
Integrations
Mailchimp & MailerLite
Connect your contacts to manage subscriptions, filter by status and rating, and subscribe or unsubscribe someone from their record. The status shows next to their email address.
Your contacts stay yours — export them any time.
Export every contact as vCard and CSV, and your entire WrkLst database as one complete file, whenever you want.
Mark a contact Don’t reach out, with the reason, and campaigns never reach them, your newsletter tool unsubscribes them, letters from templates leave them out and Opportunities stops proposing them — even if the address turns up again later.
